You probably have one already.
Maybe you’ve been doing it for years.
Maybe your friend or family member has an account.
Whatever the case, you may want to find a new one to do the work.
Let’s take a look at how you can start building up your housekeeping duties.
The steps you need to follow to start your new account are the same as the steps you’d take if you were starting a new business: Register an account with Coinbase.
Go to your Coinbase account settings.
Select the Account section.
In the Account tab, select New Account.
Enter your username and password.
Select Create a new account.
Select Your account type.
Enter an email address.
Select a country, state or country region.
Select an account type, and then select Create an account in that account type: You can use your existing Coinbase account.
For this tutorial, I’ll use the account that I started with.
Create a user account with your email address and password for the new account you created earlier.
You can choose any of these account types, but you’ll want to choose an account that’s similar to the one you created in the previous step.
The username and email address you provide in this step are the only two you’ll need.
The other two are required for other aspects of your account, like the ability to add or remove accounts.
When you’ve set up your new email and password, you’ll receive an email from Coinbase asking you to verify your new Coinbase account and confirm your new status as a new user.
Verify the new email account and then click Next to proceed.
Enter the new username and your new password.
Once you’ve verified your new username, you can sign in to your new wallet and use your account to make purchases, send money and other purchases.
If you’ve already started using Coinbase, your account is already linked to your old Coinbase account, so you’ll only need to sign in again.
You’re ready to start using your new new account to perform tasks, like sending money or checking a check.
You should receive a confirmation email that you’re now a new Coinbase user.
To sign out of your Coinbase wallet, click the “Sign out” button in the email you received from Coinbase.
If all goes well, you should see the message “Your account has been linked to Coinbase.”
If you don’t receive a message, you’re likely not linked to a Coinbase account because you don´t have an active Coinbase account or have previously used an account from an existing Coinbase wallet.
In that case, click “Manage” on your new Wallet app to see if you have a Coinbase wallet associated with your Coinbase Account.
If so, click on the “Managed” button to open your Coinbase Wallet.
When your wallet is open, you will see a Coinbase Wallet icon on your home screen.
Tap it to access the Coinbase wallet and view your wallet balance.
You may want, however, to tap the “View wallet balance” button on your mobile device to see how much money you’ve sent to and received from your Coinbase Accounts.
If the amount is lower than your Coinbase balances, then you’re not linked and need to start from scratch.
To do that, you need your Coinbase balance, which you can get by signing into Coinbase using your email and other credentials.
To verify your Coinbase accounts, visit the Coinbase Accounts section of your My Coinbase Account page.
You’ll see a list of your wallets.
If your Coinbase Balance is less than your balances, you won’t be able to sign into the Coinbase accounts section of My Coinbase Accounts, and your balance will be invalid.
In this case, the next step is to create a new wallet.
To create a wallet, open your wallet app on your phone or tablet.
Tap the “My Wallet” button at the top right of the page.
Tap Wallet in the top menu bar and select New Wallet.
Tap Create New Wallet in a new window.
Enter a new name for your new digital wallet, which can be whatever you like.
You could choose the name of your digital wallet to reflect your name, but we’ll use it for simplicity.
Enter up to five addresses and three passwords.
Once the “New Wallet” screen opens, enter your password, and the wallet will be created.
If everything went well, the wallet should be created in your wallet.
If not, check out the following screen to make sure your account has linked to the Coinbase Wallet and your Coinbase funds are available.
If a message comes up stating that you have an invalid balance, tap the error icon on the left side of the screen to close the wallet window and then restart your wallet application.
If that still doesn’t work, you might need to manually verify your wallet and the Coinbase account you linked to.
The next step will be to set up automatic transfers from your old wallet to your newly created digital wallet.
For simplicity, I’m going to assume that your old account linked to my new Coinbase Wallet, so we
